At present, Jakub leads Giant Lazer - a software studio focused on VR / AR / MR and 360 videos. In the early days of the studio he worked as a producer and director of 360 videos. Later, along with his team he developed “Pack Rage VR” - an educational logistics game. It is the first educational VR game in Poland. He also led Giant Lazer to produce several VR experiences for industry: Jet Engine Assembly VR, Jumbo-Trailer Inspection VR, Build & Fly VR, Shelf VR Trainer. These business applications were shown at: LogiMAT 2018 Stuttgart, Logistyka 2018 and Logistics Conference Bratislava with great success. He then participated in a training course for professionals at The Animation Workshop in Denmark under the supervision of animators from the PIXAR studio. He has been invited to Viborg several times to teach the basics of 3D in the Maya program, and for The Animation Workshop he taught the basics of 3D character animation at the Institut de l'image de l'Ocean Indian on the island of Reunion. Marek Polčák completed his cybernetic engineering master’s degree at Czech Technical University’s Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 2011 with a focus on biomedical engineering. At the same time, he received a degree from the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies School of Business in industrial management. Ing. Radko Sáblík is the director of Smíchovská střední průmyslová škola, which magazine Forbes chose among the eight most interesting secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The school cooperates significantly with its graduates, and in the school year 2017/2018, they have thirty-five graduates in different positions. After graduating from the Smíchov Industrial High School (SIHS), I suggested to the director Mr. Sáblík the introduction of computer-games development lessons. As it happened, the interest from students made it from a voluntary seminar to the optional subject for the 3rd and 4th classes. Therefore, I teach the development of games and everything that relates to it during my studies at the Faculty of Information Technologies at CTU. As the Association for Virtual and Augmented Reality came into being, the interest of the school moved to the production and use of virtual and augmented reality applications in students’ education. A mere testing of the development of a larger VR project with more than 50 students brought us plenty of new opportunities to modernize our lessons and make them more interesting. He co-Founded a company DIVR Labs, where he developed the czech horor sci-fi shooter game called Blue Effect VR, which came out on Steam VR, Oculus Rift, Windows Mixed Reality and he now works on a Playstation VR version. He founded a studio Dream Digital, which focuses just on testing new technologies, digitization a strengthening the VR community in Czech Republic. He independently develops a project Bohemia VR in his free time. It's a Sci-fi detective game that happens in Czech Republic in many different periods of time. He's a consultant for a czech producer of VR headset VR Hero and Etnetera Group, where he assisted start of VR atelier.
